We introduced salmon into the kids’ diets as babies and since then, it’s always been the staple protein in our household. I love how easy it is to prepare and how versatile it can be.
This sugar and spice baked salmon is topped with a mixture of brown sugar, salt, ground pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. The whole family really enjoyed this one, as the salmon came out nice and flaky with a light, crunchy crust over the top.
I chose to serve this for dinner along with a side of couscous tossed with tomato sauce, fresh cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumbers.
